The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015. All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children.

We are looking to recruit a calm, self-motivated and hardworking Medical and Administrative Assistant to work within our friendly and supportive team, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be employed by the Trust and as such could be expected to carry out their duties at any of the four TEACH schools; however, the current position is based at Haymoor Junior School.

We are looking for a good team player who can work well independently and with initiative. The ideal candidate will be professional, confidential, adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressure. They will provide first aid to pupils across the whole primary school age range and complete admin and receptionist duties to support the school. Experience of working with children and within a school office is also desirable but not essential.

• Are able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
• Have a full Paediatric First Aid certificate (not essential but desirable) and are willing to update medical skills as needed
• Have previous administrative experience and are competent using Microsoft Office
