Skills & Learning Adult Community Education is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ provider of learning and development opportunities for individuals, communities and businesses across Bournemouth, Christchurch, Dorset and Poole. We improve individual skills and wellbeing, help people get back into work and improve workforce productivity.
As the largest provider of adult and community learning in Dorset we are looking for a Curriculum Administrator within our Vocational Skills & Business Development team to support our skills qualification provision and work with us during our journey to 'outstanding'.
We welcome applications from experienced administrators with excellent computer and customer service skills. You will support the day to day activities associated with our vocational skills programmes, including communicating with learners, employers, teaching staff and ensuring correct administration of exams and assessments.
You will be based at our head office in Poole. You will have a flexible approach to travelling to work from other centres when required.
We are particularly interested in people with excellent communication skills - face to face, over the phone and via e-mail.
