ASC Specialist Co-Ordinator - Quality - Part Time 20h - 15 month FTC

Job Introduction

From 1 December 2025, our refreshed Pay and Reward package comes into effect, bringing a new approach to how we recognise and reward roles across the Council. This means the salary for this role will be changing. The pay range for this role will be £42,839 to £49,282 (pro rata for part time colleagues) from 1 December 2025.

Adult Social Care Services (ASC) Specialist Co-Ordinator – Quality 

We are advertising a new post in response to the feedback we have received via the staff Culture Survey, in particular suggestions around practice changes and EDI.

  • have excellent organisational skills and are pro-active?
  • like analysing data and information and care about the quality of ASC services?
  • have a good eye for detail?
  • have a passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion?
  • want to help us continuously improve our quality of Adult Social Care practice and services?

 

If you can answer yes to these questions we want to hear from you!

We are looking for someone to assist us with:

  • embedding and monitoring our Practice Quality Framework to ensure that our services are the best they can be and we are working in a person centred, strengths and relationship-based way
  • rolling out the delivery plan and actions from our ‘Strategic Approach to EDI’ paper
  • tracking and monitoring improvement plans 
  • writing and producing associated reports
  • gathering evidence for and preparing for ASC Care Quality Commission Quality Framework Regulations

This is an interesting role which requires excellent organisational and communication skills. You will also need to be well versed in Microsoft applications and have a good understanding of ASC services and local and national challenges. 

 

This is a post for an 15 month fixed term contract.
