A new opportunity has arisen to join our hardworking and committed team of Support Staff at this 11-18 selective girls’ school which has an excellent academic reputation. We also provide an excellent wellbeing package for staff and immediate family.

 

Scale C/D, Points 4-5 (FTE £25,185 - £25,583)

Actual Salary: £11,904 - £12,093 gross per annum

 

20 hours per week – days and times to be discussed at interview

 

40 working weeks per year – term-time plus 5 training days, plus additional days throughout the holidays that reflect the days worked weekly.

 

The Administrative Assistant is part of a team responsible for the provision of a high-quality administrative service within the school office, including some reception and first aid support. In addition to being involved in the many general tasks carried out by the office, this role is specifically responsible for providing curriculum administrative support to a number of subject leaders and our Sixth Form team. This is an exciting and varied role in a busy, central school office which requires a flexible approach and willingness to take on whatever each day asks.
