Pay Grade: Grade F (12-17) £26,421 - £28,770 pro-rata

Canford Heath Infant and Junior School

10 hours per week – working pattern to be agreed

Actual Salary – c. £6094 – £6635

Term time plus INSET Days

The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015.  Ofsted has recently graded all four of our wonderful schools as good or outstanding. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children.

Due to the opening of two new Speech and Language Specialist Resourced Base Provision at Canford Heath Infant and Junior School, the MAT Trustees are looking for an Annual Reviewing Officer to join our team. In this key administrative role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and developing the Annual Review process for all pupils within the base, ensuring it runs smoothly and meets statutory requirements. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end process, including scheduling meetings and liaising with parents, the Local Authority, and external agencies to ensure effective coordination and communication.


The post holder will be required to:


- Work closely with school staff, parents, pupils, and external agencies

- Ensure statutory timelines and Local Authority requirements are met

- Organise, plan, and coordinate Annual Review meetings

- Support and implement improvements in the school’s Annual Review procedures

- Promote the use of ICT to streamline operations and make the process more effective

- Produce and circulate Annual Review documentation to all relevant parties

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to school staff on the Annual Review process

- Regularly review action points from meetings and track progress on a half-termly basis


We are looking for someone with: 


- Excellent organisational and time-management skills

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders

- Proficiency in ICT, with experience in streamlining administrative processes

- A detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently under pressure

- Experience in education, SEND, or a related field would be an advantage

- The ability to meet statutory deadlines and ensure compliance with Local Authority requirements
