Job Introduction
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who would like to under take a Business Administration Apprenticeship working within an enthusiastic team delivering a high quality service. You will provide outstanding customer care, within a high profile and vital Council service that supports the day to day activities of all residents, business and the thousands of daily visitors to the area.
Daily administrative tasks will include reviewing permit applications and issuing permits, taking payments, responding to emails, talking to customers on the phone and responding to informal challenges to Penalty Charge Notices.
You will need to have an eye for detail, be able to respond to communications in writing, be able to accurately record information, work effectively as part of a team and show respect for others by treating everyone equally.
The role is for 37 hours per week including permitted apprenticeship study time. The role will be mainly hybrid, working from home, however there will be a requirement to occasionally work from either the BCP Civic Centre offices or one of BCP Council Hubs.
