We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Assistant Head, to be the Inclusion Lead and SENCO at St Katharine’s with an absolute commitment to helping all children to flourish. This is an exciting career opportunity for an experienced person who has excellent vision and drive.
Applications are invited from teachers who are currently working as a SENCO/Inclusion Lead, or have similar leadership experience and have a passion for this area, and hold/or are willing to complete the National Award for SENCOs.

have excellent organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively and clearly with a range of stakeholders
be committed to Child Protection and Safeguarding
