Leadership scale 5-9, £54,936.00-£60,642.00 per annum. Permanent.

At Winton Primary our aim is to be a school that is the heart of the community, where pupils are happy and engaged with their learning and somewhere that all children succeed.
Are you ready for the challenge of leading a school within a school? As one of our Assistant Headteachers you will be responsible for a phase of our children’s education. You will lead year groups 3 and 4 (8 classes) and be responsible for driving teaching and learning forward. Within the phase, you will ensure that the needs of all learners are met, including those with EAL & SEND.
Effectively you will lead your own little school but as part of our whole school ethos. It goes without saying that you will play your part in our senior leadership team, setting the direction and leading key areas across the whole of our school. Your ideas, innovation and enthusiasm will mean that we are excited to work with you.

You’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our school, working closely with the Headteacher and leadership team to:

- Work in close partnership with parents, carers, and other stakeholders to enhance learning and opportunities for all.
