You will also provide analytical support for other activities when required.
The role provides the opportunity to support the development of customer journeys across the wide range of services provided by the council and to use your well-developed analytical skills. You will have proven experience in supporting the improvement of customer service in complex organisations, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
