Business Support Officer - 37 hours per week

The pay range for this role will be £28,142- £31,537 (pro rata for part time colleagues)

We are looking for an experienced administrator to help support BCP Council's Virtual School team; an area of Children's Services that promotes and co-ordinates educational support for looked after children, young people and care leavers so that they succeed at an early years setting, school, college and university or any other place of learning.   

The successful business support professional will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels, have proven ICT literacy skills especially in Excel and Outlook as well as have the ability to learn bespoke systems and associated processes.  

They will also be able to take proficient meeting notes, arrange calendar appointments for the team, as well as have more than a basic knowledge of financial processes and event management.
