Hours: 13.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday (To be agreed at Interview)

Salary: Grade 2, SCP 2-4 £11.59 - £11.98 per hour (Pay Award Pending)


Heathlands Primary Academy is a one-form entry primary academy located in West Howe. We have around 200 pupils from Reception age 4 through to year 6 age 11. We are also fortunate to have our wonderful preschool for 3 and 4 year olds on site, as part of our Early Years base. 

The school is part of the Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust; a vibrant, collaborative Trust of twenty schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations. Coastal Learning Partnership works to ensure schools benefit from a collaborative spirit whilst also being encouraged to develop their own character to best serve their immediate communities.

We are looking to appoint a casual administration officer who shall be responsible for daily tasks within the school office such as answering the phone, filing and photocopying. The successful candidate shall join our friendly, fast paced office team and shall act as a point of communication between visitors and the rest of the school.     Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

    Experience of working in an admin environment 

    Experience of working successfully and co-operating as a member of a team

    Excellent attention to detail

    Excellent customer care skills as first point of contact within the school
