Catering Assistant

Location: Poole, Dorset
Starting Salary: Full time Equivalent £24,203 / Actual pro rata £11,138 per annum
Hours: Part time – 20 hours per week. Monday – Friday.
Contract: Permanent, term time only plus training days
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed person to join the team delivering Cornerstone’s catering function for students and staff.
Main responsibilities will be:
- Meal preparation
- Washing up and cleaning of kitchen and dining areas
- General kitchen duties
About you, ideally, you would have:
- Experience of food preparation
- A patient, calm and approachable manner
- A flexible approach to meet the needs of the school
Previous experience in a school environment is desirable but not essential as training will be given.
Closing date: Wednesday 1st October – noon
Interviews will be held w/b Monday 6th October
