St Mark’s CE Primary School, Swanage

Salary: Mainscale Teacher M1 – M3 (£30,000 - £33,814 per annum FTE)

Hours: 19.46 (Job shares shall also be considered)

Starting January 2024. Fixed Term initially until August 2024

St Mark’s Church of England Primary is a newly built school, set in its own extensive grounds. We are very lucky to be located close to the seaside, within the beautiful rolling hills of the Purbecks. We are a school where individuals are valued and helped to always achieve their personal best.  Children are supported to become confident and independent young people, ones who thrive on challenge, and are motivated to learn.

We are seeking to fill two teaching positions within our school, commencing January 2024. We currently have a vacancy in Year 4 for two days (Monday and Wednesday), and Years 1-2 (combined year group) for one day a week (Friday). This can either be taken by one teacher or two separate teachers, and we welcome applications from all candidates, including ECTs. This position is initially fixed term until the end of the academic year. In return for your commitment to our school, we can offer supportive environments with effective leaders, an ongoing programme of development, professional networks and an empowering appraisal process which centres on your own career objectives.

The school is part of Coastal Learning Partnership Multi Academy Trust; a vibrant, collaborative Trust of sixteen schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations.

Applicants are encouraged to view our website for further information or alternatively call the school on 01929 422949
