Salary: Teacher Main scale, M1-U3 (R&R PREMIUM CONSIDERED)

Hours: Full-time, 32.43 hours per week

Starting September 2025, Permanent

This position will be class-based, with leadership time given as and when required to support this role. The purpose of this role is to ensure the continued delivery of high-quality teaching and learning across each year group as well as the whole school. The successful candidate will work with the Headteacher and Deputy Head teacher to support school improvement.

The successful candidates will be:

An outstanding classroom practitioner
Experienced in KS1 or KS2
Passionate about raising and maintaining high standards
Able to inspire, motivate and support pupils and staff and achieve outstanding outcomes
Ambitious and keen to seek further development
Have experience or wish to gain experience of leadership of a whole school development
A proactive member of the leadership team
