Job Introduction
We are recruiting for a Deputy Headteacher with DSL and Teaching and Learning responsibility.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing effective, proactive and highly compliant safeguarding practises. The role holder will train our team and maintain the highest standards of safeguarding procedures. The role holder will also be responsible for teaching and learning and supporting colleagues to maintain high equality pedagogical approaches and developing consistent and standardised processes across the school.
This is a truly exciting opportunity to be an integral part of the leadership team who support our amazing students to progress and develop day to day and year to year.
