Role Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious Digital and UX Designer to work within our Digital Creation and User Experience team. This team’s role is to work collaboratively across the organisation, to influence and encourage continuous improvement, understanding both quantitative and qualitative data, and services, to help shape our digital customer experience.

Main Responsibilities

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an open, dynamic, and collaborative digital working environment. You will need to challenge assumptions, champion user needs and ensure our services are to a high standard of accessibility, usability, and usefulness.

The ability to promote digital transformation and encourage change and continuous improvement is key to this role.

You will need an excellent understanding of websites and customer portals and have experience of working with systems, data, and databases, with the ability to process and maintain management information tools and processes.
