We are looking for our next Director for Adult Social Care and statutory Director of Adult Social Services (DASS) to provide energetic, values-led leadership across adult social care, safeguarding, integrated working, commissioning and service transformation. This is a role for a collaborative and politically astute leader who understands that sustainable improvement comes through strong relationships, collective ownership and genuine partnership working.

As Director for Adult Social Care, you will play an integral part in shaping the vision, direction and performance of the whole organisation, whilst ensuring we continue to meet our statutory responsibilities and deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
