Early Help, Education and SEND Performance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead the Early Help, Education and SEND Performance Team. Our aim is to make a positive difference to the lives of children and young people in BCP, by providing high quality performance analysis to inform and support the rapid improvement of children’s services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader with extensive experience of strategic analysis and building cohesive, effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be pivotal in leading the data and evaluation elements of the SEND and Education Improvement journey, New Service Delivery model and the Family Hub Transformation Programme and will have knowledge and experience of overseeing statutory returns.
