We are pleased to offer this exciting opportunity as a permanent position within the Quality, Performance Improvement and Governance Service of Children’s Services. 

The role of Governance and Improvement Manager is to manage and lead all aspects of Governance and Improvement in our Children’s Service, with a specific focus on Children’s Social Care ensuring that the services are supported and administered appropriately and that statutory and good practice guidance in relation to governance and improvement is complied with. The successful candidate will create the right environment and culture for effective service delivery, actively promote partnership working and build on engagement of corporate and external partners.
