Head of Violence Reduction and Prevention

Are you looking for a rewarding role in which you can make a difference to safety in Dorset? Do you have experience developing prevention and violence reduction strategies within public authorities? Can you analyse and interpret data to inform strategic policy?

The Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner for Dorset is searching for a Head of Violence Reduction and Prevention to lead the office’s violence reduction function and play a key role in influencing the development and delivery of a Violence Reduction Unit. Such work is crucial in delivering on the Commissioner's priority to fight violent crime and high harm. The role will also be responsible for bringing together partners and stakeholders to ensure a collaborative and sustainable approach to prevention and violence reduction across Dorset.
