We are looking for someone with a desire to support our Academy in ensuring our pupils reach their potential. You will be dynamic, resilient and motivated with a willingness to uphold our high expectations to secure ‘Outstanding Achievement for All’.
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the Estates team as Health & Safety Compliance Manager. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Responsible for planning, implementing and overseeing AAT’s health and safety at work and compliance to ensure the Estates teams can complete their work in a safe manner.
- Working with the Estates teams across the wider Trust.
- Ensuring contractors compliance.
- Keeping up to date on all relevant safety standards based on legal requirements and assist the Estates team, and all employees where relevant, to understand these requirements.
- Updating policies and procedures relevant to Estates and health and safety across the trust.
- Maintaining, monitoring and development of the Trust Health and Safety compliance auditing system
