Inclusion Leader

 

This is a full-time position (standard teacher hours), consisting of a 0.6 Inclusion Lead responsibility and a 0.4 teacher commitment in Year 6, to join our Trust at Haymoor Junior School.

Teachers’ Pay Scale plus SEN TLR of £3,371 (The TLR is pro-rata £2022.60 on 0.6)

The TEACH Poole Multi Academy Trust was formed in April 2015.  All four of our wonderful schools are graded as good or outstanding schools by Ofsted. We are extremely popular, over-subscribed, forward-thinking schools with supportive staff and fantastic children.

 

The MAT trustees are looking to appoint an Inclusion Leader to work within our Junior School and support the Head of Inclusion and SEND. The vacancy is currently for Haymoor Junior School, but the successful applicant may be required to work in any of the Trust schools.  Experienced teachers are welcome to apply. Applicants will need to have obtained or be working towards the NPQ Qualification.

  • Have qualifications and experience of teaching in the primary phase
  • Knowledge and experience of working with SEN and vulnerable pupils.
  • Leadership in the field of SEN / Inclusion (desirable but not essential)
  • Are keen to work in a fun, friendly school with a family feel

  • Work well in a team, which shares the responsibilities of planning to ease workload
  • Are able to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role
