Inclusion Management Information Officer

We have an exciting opportunity in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council Children’s Services Performance Team for 2 full-time Inclusion Management Information Officer.  

Reporting to the Early Help, SEND and Education Performance Team Manager you will be supporting the Inclusion and Education Analyst with the Inclusion and Education performance portfolio, either focusing on Statutory School aged cohort or the Post-16 cohort so knowledge of education data and landscape would be required.  

We are looking for a highly motivated individuals who are confident working using their own initiative as well as a part of a team.  You will be collaborating with key stakeholders across the Council including Team Managers and colleagues in the Children’s Services Performance Team, Education and Skills Directorate, Data and Analytics Service and Schools to gather and analyse data and information that will support Inclusion Service / Education Skills Directorate’s direction of travel.   The successful candidates will lead on the bi-monthly production and dissemination of the Schools Vulnerable list and will be responsible for the completion and submission of Statutory Data Submissions e.g. School Census, Alternative Provision Census. The postholders will also be responsible for processing key data collections, and monthly service scorecards.   Knowledge and experience of using either the Synergy, Synergy Case Management System or Core+ (CCIS) systems is desirable
