Inclusion and Education Performance Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity in the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole (BCP) Council Children’s Services Performance Team for a full-time Data Analyst.
Reporting to the Early Help, Education and SEND Performance Team Manager you will be responsible for the Inclusion and Education data and performance portfolio, so knowledge of School and Education Services would be beneficial.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is confident working using their own initiative as well as a part of a team. This is an exciting time to join BCP Children’s services as you will play a key role in its Education improvement journey. As the lead for the Inclusion and School pupil performance portfolio you will be responsible for the management and development of the provision of data support and analysis for the internal Inclusion and Education teams in the Local Authority, including a range of services to BCP Schools including the Academies and Pupil Referral Units. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing systems and processes to facilitate the use of data for tracking and reporting inclusion school data, the achievement and attainment of individual students, schools, establishments and local authorities. You will also oversee, produce and be responsible for the submission of statutory and regulatory data/information, including data for Ofsted inspections.
The successful candidate will lead on Inclusion and Education Teams data developments, so knowledge and experience of using Power BI, Synergy Case Management System and MOSAIC is desirable.
