Level 3 Apprenticeship in Housing and Homelessness

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated candidates who are interested in working in Housing and preventing and reducing all forms of homelessness, including rough sleeping.
No prior experience of working in a housing role is necessary, comprehensive training and support will be provided. The role is suitable for candidates who are customer focused, committed, and have a genuine interest in working in and studying housing services. It is also suitable for candidates who have lived experience of homelessness, and we would welcome such applications.
Working as part of a large team that help the residents of Bournemouth Christchurch and Poole to improve their housing circumstances, you will gain the knowledge, skills and abilities that will support you start your career as a Housing Practitioner.
You will work across a range of housing services and have gain a specialist focus on homelessness and rough sleeping services.
You will undertake a CIH level 3 Housing / Property Management apprenticeship for which support and study leave will be provided.
You must have a positive attitude and demonstrable commitment to working in a demanding, customer-focused environment; GCSE’s / level 2 in English and Maths and a genuine interest in working in housing services.
