Level 4 Advanced Apprenticeship in Housing

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who would one day make a fantastic housing practitioner for BCP.
No prior experience of working in a housing role is necessary, comprehensive training and support will be provided. The role is suitable for candidates who are customer focussed, committed, and have a genuine interest in working in and studying housing services. It is also suitable for candidates of all ages who have lived experience.
This is an opportunity to join our large team that help the residents of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole to improve their housing circumstances. As part of our successful Advanced Housing Apprenticeship, you will gain the knowledge, skills and experience that will provide you with an excellent opportunity to start an exciting career in housing services.
As part of the apprenticeship role, you will study the Senior Housing and Property Management Level 4 qualification and Certificate in Housing with the Chartered Institute of Housing. Support and study leave will be provided.
You will complete work experience placements across four different teams in BCP Housing Options on a rotational basis, including Homelessness, support services, temporary accommodation and housing register.
For the apprenticeship, candidates must be educated to A level standard or equivalent and have Maths and English GCSE or be able to complete a certificate
