Russell our Headteacher and his senior team are always looking for awesome people to join them, and right now are looking for a Motor Vehicle Instructor. Our Motor Vehicle Instructor should have an interest or experience in teaching a Mechanics Vocational Course at Level 1 and 2; will coach and support students in all aspects of mechanics skills; share knowledge and experience with our young students; have an interest or experience in teaching a Mechanics Vocational Course at Level 1 and 2, should be qualified to Level 3 Mechanics or hold a PCGE/Cert Ed and have three years industrial experience in the motor vehicle industry.
You will be making a difference to children with social, emotional and mental health needs and giving them the opportunities, they deserve is a job like no other.
Louis was excluded from mainstream school when he was 13. Thanks to his Motor Vehicle Instructor Louis developed ways of learning and emotional regulation, helping him to keep up with and exceed his peers. Louis is thriving right now, loving his Apprenticeship and positively engaging in his work experience with a local employer in Poole.
