We are currently recruiting newly qualified social workers, who will be supported through our comprehensive ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment) programme.

We have opportunities available for soon-to-be qualified, registered social workers who want to make a positive difference in enabling fulfilled lives for adults in need of support.

In addition, all NQSW’s are enrolled on to the ASC ASYE, an employer led development programme incorporating both assessment and support.

What you can expect to be doing:
We are currently looking for new colleagues to join us in a variety of teams (your preferences will be discussed at interview) and you will work alongside a multi-disciplinary and diverse team of skilled and experienced professionals. Flexibility:
We can offer opportunities for flexible working such as part-time or compressed hours (though you may need to work some unsocial hours, depending on your contract), and can consider the best location for you as we have hubs across Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We also support an element of home working as part of our agile hybrid model.

- Diploma in Social Work (DipSW)

- Equivalent Overseas Qualification
