PLANNER

Job Introduction

Bournemouth Building and Maintenance Limited are looking for a Planner.  

You will work alongside BCP’s In-House Repairs and Maintenance Delivery Team, managing trade operatives diaries.

You will work as a part of a team and will be supported by  a highly skilled, experienced and welcoming team of Planners.

 This position is for an experienced planner to join our team.

However, if you currently do not have the necessary experience with scheduling, but have general administrative and business support experience and you are willing to be trained for a Planning role, we can offer a trainee Planner position, salary negotiable.

We work within the BCP area maintaining our housing stock, undertaking work on corporate buildings and on construction projects for BCP Council. 

 We also undertake adaptations work for private households in the BCP area.

If you have the necessary skills, a positive work ethic, a practical attitude to problem solving and a commitment to high standards of work and customer care  this role might be ideal for you.
