Multi Trade Plumber - Disable Adaptions Team 

Who are we… 

Seascape (Bournemouth Building and Maintenance Limited) is one of the South’s leading providers of grant funded disabled adaptions within Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole. We provide the skilled delivery of level access shower rooms, adapted kitchens and sanitary wear, within both social housing and private homes. 

Seascape (BBML) is a wholly owned subsidiary of BCP Council, which provides construction services. We employ our own workforce which undertake planned and responsive maintenance for BCP Council’s housing stock and corporate properties.

We provide full training for candidates looking to make the transition from the installation of standard bathrooms to Wetrooms.  
 

What we are looking for…

We're looking for passionate people who have worked on the installation of adapted living aids, preferred, but not essential the installation of level access shower rooms, these may include the digging and screeding of concrete floors. You will have a proven track record as a multi trade person, will have a strong background in the installation of bathrooms, which will include tiling, boxing and the installation of sanitary wear. 

Be qualified, level two or greater in plumbing and heating or equivalent, be qualified or have a great understand of WRAS Water Supply Regs or proven time served in a multi trade role.

You will be self-motivated and able to work on your own as well as within our well-established Adaptations Team. 

Be able to work to tight deadlines and work from detailed plans, have a positive work ethic, a practical attitude and a commitment to the delivery of a first-class service and have experience of providing excellent communication to homeowners and tenants alike.

You will receive a starting salary £35473 rising to £38,803 depending on experience.
