Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a customer facing role, works well as part of a small team, and understands the importance of using customer feedback to improve services.

BCP Homes is responsible for managing the social housing in Bournemouth and Poole and as a Resident Involvement Co-Ordinator you will make sure that tenants and leaseholders can have a say in how they feel about the housing services they receive.

You will be communicating with residents in a variety of ways including letter, email, telephone, meetings, and other face to face opportunities.

This important role helps us understand where residents feel we do well and where we could improve.

You will help to plan and organise campaigns, meetings, events, projects and consultations and will encourage residents to get involved.  You will also capture data and keep a record of meetings, actions and outcomes.
