This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational SENDCo to join our child centred and forward-thinking Federation. We are seeking an experienced, exceptional teacher, with a passion for providing the best provision and support for pupils with special educational needs, who would relish the opportunity to join our welcoming, dedicated team.
The successful candidate would fulfil the vital and highly rewarding role of SENCo across both the Infant and Junior Schools, which includes a high quality Nursery. The schools work seamlessly together, following effective and aligned systems for SEND. We would happily support and encourage a developing SENCo who may wish to embark on the newly revised NPQ, to complete this accreditation (or continue to support this where the accreditation has already begun).
Twin Sails Infant School & Nursery and Hamworthy Park Junior School are part of the Hamworthy Primary Schools Federation, working together to provide high standards of education for all our children, which has been recognised in our recent Ofsted Inspection at the Infant School. The schools work in a supportive partnership with other local schools, as part of the Hillary Partnership, within the Hamwic Trust.
