Seafront Facilities Cleaner (Static)

Job Introduction

You will be required to assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the seafront’s public toilets. This is a challenging but rewarding role suited to candidates looking to maximize their pay with a large number of weekly hours available. Applicants must be available to start their new role asap.

Main Responsibilities

You will need to be able to work as part of a team and independently as required using your own initiative. 

You will work proactively with all members of the public and the wider team. Enthusiasm and commitment to providing a safe, clean, and inclusive seafront is essential.

With an eye for detail and a passion for cleaning you will be a key part of our dedicated team working to ensure public toilets and the surrounding areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as responding to and reporting facility related issues in an appropriate and timely manner.


The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, and experienced people to join our Seafront Team. A disposition to promote high standards of customer care and communication skills is essential for this post.

You will be an integral member of the Seafront Operations Team ensuring Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is a great place to live, work and visit.

Shift patterns are varied by location, covering up to 5 days in 7 including some Bank Holidays and weekends.  Available shifts are: 8am-8pm with a 4-days on, 4-days off pattern or 37 hours per week over 5 days. The applicant will also be expected to work outdoors for most of each shift in order to carry out their duties.

Holding a fully valid, UK driver’s license would be advantageous for this role but is not essential.
