Self Employed Personal Care Assistant, 13 hours per week Christchurch BH23 Area

Job Introduction

About the Role: 

An individual is looking for a Personal Care Assistant who is cheerful, uses their own initiative and is good with promoting the individual.

The gentleman has a few health issues and requires support on a day-to-day basis to stay independent in their own home.

Support required: home organising, domestic support, healthy diet, menus, retain skills, cognitive hobbies/activities, social interaction & personal hygiene.

Hourly Rate – please provide rates on your application.

Day & Times –13 hours per week to include:-

Tuesday and Thursday - tea time visits

Saturday & Sunday -- AM and PM visits, 1.5 to 2 hour duration.

Evenings -  1 hour duration, start time 7.45pm / 8.15 pm
