Self Employed Support worker required/3 Hours per week/BH15 Area (EM/WE)

 

 

About the Role: 
 
 A support worker is required 
to support a lady for 3 hours per week who has mental health illness and other health conditions. 

The support worker is required to help and support the lady to attend a day opportunity, and a car is required to transport the lady to and from the day op. 

Attending the day op is to help the individual to socialise with other people in an environment where she can be involved and take part in enjoyable activities such as arts and crafts.

 

Hourly Rate – as self-employed, please provide rates on application.

 

Day & Times:- Day and times to be discussed and agreed during interview.
