Senior Grounds Maintenance Operative (Landscape Construction)

Job Introduction

Role Purpose

 Working as part of a busy team you will co-ordinate a small team carrying out activities such as play equipment installation, repair & removal, path construction and repairs and hard landscaping works across 2500ha of greenspace    

Main Responsibilities

The main aspect of the role is to provide a high quality greenspace improvement works. The work involves working in all weather and is varied and will include all aspects of hard landscaping and landscape construction works.

The Ideal Candidate

You will be experienced in all aspects of landscape construction and landscape repair works. A good communicator you will have a positive attitude and have experience working in the public realm.

 

A driving licence is essential as is the requirement to operate plant such as 360 excavators, dumpers and rollers. You will be committed to improving the environment for our residents and have opportunities to develop your skills further through training opportunities.
