Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. 

Salary: Grade 7 SCP 23-26 (£34,434 - £37,280 FTE per annum)

Permanent: As soon as possible

 

Heathlands Primary Academy & Pre-School is a one-form entry primary academy located in West Howe.  We have around 200 pupils from Reception through to year 6. We are also fortunate to have our wonderful preschool for 3- and 4-year-olds on site, as part of our Early Years base.

At Heathlands, we believe that with effective teaching and learning and excellent partnership with parents, all children can be successful. The school is a shared site with a specialist setting and central services, therefore, excellent communication and relationships are key. The site manager is a key role in maintaining a safe and purposeful environment for the children in our care.  

We are looking for a Site Manager who can ensure that the school’s buildings, furnishings and site are safe, secure, and maintained to Health and Safety standards and those of the Partnership. To plan, organise, execute and inspect all relevant works relating to the general school site.
