Job Introduction
We have an exciting opportunity for a full time 24 month fixed term post to sit within the Fostering and Supported lodgings service 18+ to work with Supported lodgings carers and Care leavers alongside the DFE project to improve the outcomes for our CEYP.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience of working alongside care experiences young people & carers, has an understanding of the challenges and barriers young people can face especially around their housing needs
- has experience of working in a fast-paced team and is confident in multi-tasking and prioritising
- has excellent interpersonal skills and is committed to working in collaboration with colleagues and partners across children’s services to achieve an effective and efficient service.
- is innovative and solution focussed to ensure the best possible outcomes for carers and young people.
Report to Supported lodgings 18+ team manager.
