Poole Teaching School Alliance was formed in 2010 and in September 2021 evolved into the Castleman Learning Network, part of the Castleman Academy Trust. We have successfully been working alongside a wide range of schools across Poole, Bournemouth and Dorset networking to provide support and development opportunity for teaching professionals. One of our key roles is training the next generation of Primary School teachers but as a learning network, we support local schools and teachers by offering a range of professional development opportunities which enable teachers to reflect, share in research and enhance their practice.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to be an integral part of our team, at our Offices based in Hadow Road, Kinson, as a Training/Finance Co-Ordinator who will play a key role in the recruitment of initial teacher trainees together with providing support to the CLN Director.
Hours: 12 hours per week based on 39 working weeks (Term Time plus 1 Week)
The ideal applicant will have:-
- An excellent standard of written English
- Excellent ICT, communication and organisational skills
- Experience of working with data and creating reports
- A customer service background
- A professional attitude and excellent attendance
- An understanding of finance would be advantageous
