Could you engage local people in volunteering and support those who already give their time to our thriving charity? Are you a great organiser with administrative skills who enjoys being part of a friendly and supportive team?
The post holder will recruit and support volunteers who form a valued and essential part of our team. We run a variety of activities including sports and arts, cookery and family fun days throughout the year and this role will also handle key administrative tasks that ensure we can market and manage the programme. The post holder will work from our Branksome Centre and Bourne Community Hub and outreach work when seeking new volunteers at Turlin Moor, or other nearby locations to engage local residents.
The post holder would support existing volunteers and welcome onboard new helpers to support the activities that Poole Communities Trust offer. The role will need to balance a range of tasks and communicate well with the wider team where we all support each other within our busy environment.
Poole Communities Trust is committed to being an Equal Opportunities employer and an inclusive organisation that supports a diverse workforce and a fair application process. This post is subject to a DBS check.
