We have an opportunity for a successful Building Development professional to join our Asset and Development team in this challenging and rewarding role.

As our Building Development Manager, you will play lead role in developing and project managing new affordable housing on behalf of BCP Council, from inception to completion, ensuring all stakeholders are fully briefed, and working with partners to ensure effective delivery of plans and projects. You will be responsible for preparing and delivering a pipeline of future new build development opportunities, including identifying potential land development, site expansion and rationalisation of housing stock.
