Required as soon as possible, the Deputy Office Manager is part of a dynamic and lively team responsible for the provision of an excellent general secretarial service within the school office. The postholder will work closely with the other Deputy Office Manager in organising the smooth running of all office tasks together with the workload and welfare of the office team (11 in total).

Scale F, Points 12-17, £21,589.00 - £23,836.00 gross per annum

37 hours per week (8.00 am to 4.30 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.00am to 4.00pm on Fridays, one hour for lunch)

41 working weeks per year - term-time plus 5 training days plus 5 days to be worked during school holidays - dates to be agreed with line manager based on need. This also includes an additional 5 days allowance to accommodate payback for attendance at evening meetings (further details of these meetings will be given upon appointment).
