The Ocean Learning Trust is an expanding Multi Academy Trust (MAT) consisting of six community and church primary schools in the Bournemouth and Poole area; we are committed to working together for the common good, empowering every school to improve the life opportunities of all our children.

We are looking to appoint a talented Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) in this exciting new post. You will join a strong and supportive team of staff that is committed to providing the best possible learning opportunities for its children and staff.

Candidates should be dedicated to improving the life chances of every child; be a reflective practitioner and have a positive can-do attitude.

The role will involve providing cover supervision, or facilitating release time for teachers, on a regular timetabled basis, supporting the learning of groups of children and covering for occasional teacher absence.

We welcome visits to the school and to meet the team (term time only).
