Nigel Bowes Campus (NBC), 70 Ensbury Avenue, Bournemouth, BH10 4HG
We are seeking to appoint an excellent, creative and dynamic individual to join the NBC Team as a Teaching Assistant (TA). Tregonwell Academy is an Outstanding specialist provision for young people who present with SEMH: NBC is a provision for mostly Primary-Aged students, based in Ensbury Park.
TA duties will include: supporting and leading high-quality learning experiences; working with the class and whole-school team to understand and support the wellbeing needs of young people; ensuring that learning environments are purposeful, clear and routine based; playing your part in the systems and processes for progress within the classroom; completing and maintaining records under supervision; promoting and safeguarding the welfare of pupils at all times, in partnership.
We are looking for candidates who are passionate and ambitious with a drive and commitment to improve the life chances of all young people. You will have a dynamic, exceptional and creative approach, with a strong focus on learning, wellbeing, opportunities and progress. Visits to NBC are encouraged.
