A Personal Assistant/Support Worker is required to assist with a variety of tasks that will support our client to live an independent personal and social life.
Location: BH17 ~ Poole
Hours: 17.5 per week across four days (please see the job description for further details)
About the role:
The successful candidate will be providing support for a male adult living who has Aspergers. He is very active and volunteers in a local charity shop, conservation unit and farm and needs spomeone to support him in these activities and settings.
The person required will be expected to:
- Have experience of working with people with Aspergers/learning disabilities is desirable but this is not essential
- Hold a full valid driving license and access to a vehicle is essential
- Have a good sense of humour and be friendly, trustworthy and supportive
