Leisure Assistant

Salary: BCP Grade C - £18,065 – £18,426 (Pro-Rota)

Plus local Government Pension Scheme

Hours: Casual and full-time contracted hours available

The role of Leisure Assistant is a busy and varying role with lots of challenges. You will have many responsibilities that range from managing the day to day set up of the activities to lifeguarding. This role can be physically demanding at times, but is very rewarding too.

It is essential for the role that you hold an up to date RLSS NPLQ or equivalent and an up to date first aid certificate. However, if you are interested in this role and do not have the relevant qualifications please contact us and we can discuss the training options we have available.  Knowledge of health and safety would also stand you in good stead.

You will be required to work a variety of shifts between the hours of 06.00 and 23:30, across 7 days a week.
