Are you excited by the challenge of working to reduce youth offending? This post is based within a dynamic, friendly and innovative multi-disciplinary team, dedicated to reducing offending and improving the lives of children, their families, victims of crime and the wider community.
You will work very closely with colleagues from a variety of other agencies, both within the team and from outside agencies in order to reduce offending. You will need significant, proven skills and experience in engaging and motivating children and young people, excellent communication and organisational skills and proven ability to manage young people who present a risk. In addition, you will hold a social work qualification or another relevant professional qualification with an assessed element of practice.
