35 hours: 8.30am – 4pm Monday to Friday with unpaid lunch break

40 weeks per year (term time plus one week).

Grade 4, SCP 6-9, £25,989 - £27,254 FTE 

Actual Salary: £21,593 – £22,644 pro rata

Permanent, Starting ASAP September 2026

We are currently seeking to appoint an Admin Officer to join our positive and highly skilled team in September. The schools are part of Coastal Learning Partnership; a vibrant, collaborative Trust of twenty schools working together around shared goals, values and aspirations. This position provides a fantastic opportunity to support the current admin team by undertaking day-to-day admin duties for these busy schools. 

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience of working successfully and co-operating as a member of a team
  • Be numerate and accurate
  • Excellent customer care skills as first point of contact within the school
