Evening Care Staff

Job Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and caring people to join our team of staff, providing care and support to people in their own homes.

We are a dedicated team, whose goal is to support people with their care and encourage independence where possible. 

The aim of the service is to enable and empower people to undertake their own daily living tasks, with the support of small aids, guidance, and encouragement.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting people to undertake their personal care, and to empower them were possible to do much of this for themselves.
  • To monitor and feedback the outcomes and progress of people’s goals.
  • Support with medication and encourage independence where possible.  
  • Complete care records, and any other relevant paperwork.
  • Facilitate access to the local community, or signpost to community groups and services.
  • Support people to undertake practical everyday activities, to meet their goals and regain independence.

This is a 6-month fixed term contract with the potential to become permanent.

Hours – 17:00-22:30.

A valid licence to drive in the UK is required as the role involves travelling and lone working in the community.
