Examinations/Data Administrator
Band F Spine point 12-17 £26,421 - £28,770 FTE, Pro-rata salary £9,172.
15 hours per week, term-time including inset days (39 weeks - including a maximum of three days in the Summer Holidays)
We are seeking to appoint an Examinations/Data Administrator to become part of our efficient and friendly administration team in a highly successful Special School.
Linwood School is an all aged range mixed day special school which welcomes pupils from a wide geographical area and supports a comprehensive range of special educational needs including moderate (MLD), severe (SLD), profound (PMLD) and complex (CLDD) learning difficulties, as well as pupils with autism (ASD). The school includes a purpose built ASD provision and a variety of Post 16 provisions, co-located with a local primary school or local community as well as a classroom based in the heart of the hospitality industry (CHI). This position will therefore require you to work across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of all external and internal awards, examinations and qualifications for a variety of KS4 & KS5 qualifications including Preparatory Awards, Functional Skills, BTECs, GCSEs, IGCSEs and other vocational qualifications. They will also be confident in handling data.
Applicants will need to be able to work well under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively. The successful applicant will require excellent interpersonal skills and a very good knowledge of IT including the use of all Microsoft Office packages. Previous office experience is essential and previous examination experience is desirable.
